Everything You Need to Know Before Your First Session

  • We're so excited to welcome you to The Pole POD!
  • Whether you're a returning member or brand new to the space, we've put everything you need in one place. Following the steps below will ensure you're able to book your sessions, access the studio, and start training without any hiccups.

Step 1: Download the Tease Studio App

As of July 1, 2026, The Pole POD app has officially been retired.

All Pole POD scheduling, memberships, and purchases are now managed through the Tease Studio App.

Step 2: Log Into Your Profile

  • If you've ever attended Tease Studio or The Pole POD before, you likely already have a profile.
  • Please log in using the same email address you've previously used with us.
  • If you're unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option before creating a new account.
  • Having multiple accounts can delay your access.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

  • Before booking, please make sure your profile includes:
  • ✔ First & Last Name
  • ✔ Phone Number
  • ✔ Email Address
  • ✔ Emergency Contact
  • ✔ Communication Preferences Enabled
  • Email communication is required.
  • Your Pole POD door access invitation is delivered by email. If emails from Tease Studio are blocked or unsubscribed, you will not receive access to the building.

Step 4: Complete Your Required Agreements

Step 5: Schedule Your Required Pole POD Tour

  • Every Pole POD member is required to complete an in-person orientation before using the space independently.
  • During your tour we'll show you:
  • • How to enter the building
  • • How to use Door Access
  • • How to reserve your POD
  • • Cleaning procedures
  • • Studio expectations
  • • Equipment locations
  • • Safety procedures
  • Tours take approximately 15–20 minutes and can be scheduled here:

Step 6: Purchase Your Pole POD Pass

  • Before you can reserve a POD, you'll first need to purchase either:
  • • Pole POD Drop-In Session
  • • 8 Session Membership
  • • 12 Session Membership
  • Available under:
  • Studio Rentals inside the Tease Studio App.

Pole POD access is only generated for scheduled reservations. Purchasing a pass alone will not unlock the building. After purchasing your Day Pass or Membership, immediately reserve your desired POD through the Studio Rentals section of the Tease Studio App. Once your reservation is confirmed, your door access will be generated for your booking.

Step 7: Reserve Your POD

Once your pass or membership is active:

Open the Tease Studio App →Tap Studio Rentals →Choose your preferred POD →Select your reservation time →Confirm your booking

Step 8: Activate Your Door Access

  • After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email from Kisi.
  • This email is your digital key to the building.
  • If you don't receive it:
  • ✔ Check Spam/Junk
  • ✔ Verify you're using the correct email
  • ✔ Ensure Tease Studio emails are enabled

Arriving for Your Reservation

  • Your door unlocks:
  • 10 minutes before your reservation
  • and remains active until
  • 10 minutes after your scheduled start time.
  • If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your reservation begins, your access window expires.

The Pole POD is a self-access, self-managed training space, which means every member helps keep it safe, clean, and ready for the next person. Before your first session, please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our studio rules and policies.

During your reservation, please:

  • 🎧 Bring headphones if you'd like to listen to music or videos.
  • 🧼 Clean and sanitize your POD and any equipment you use before leaving.
  • 💡 Turn off lights and leave the space exactly as you found it.
  • 🚪 Make sure all doors close securely behind you.
  • 👠 Wear heel covers if your heels leave marks on the floor.
  • 🚫 Do not allow guests into the POD or share your building access.
  • 🤝 Be respectful of neighboring POD users by keeping noise to a reasonable level.

Please remember that The Pole POD is monitored for the safety and security of all members. By booking a reservation, you agree to follow all studio policies and understand that fees may apply for violations such as unauthorized guests (tailgating), damage to equipment, leaving lights on, activating the alarm, or other policy violations outlined in our Pole POD Policy Agreement.

Frequently Asked Questions

I downloaded the app but can't book.

  • Have you:
  • ✓ Completed your waivers?
  • ✓ Completed your profile?
  • ✓ Purchased a pass?
  • ✓ Completed your tour?

I didn't get my Kisi email.

Most often this happens because: Emails are disabled, You're using a different email address, Your booking wasn't completed or Your profile isn't finished

Can I just show up?

No.

  • Every client must:
  • ✔ Complete their profile
  • ✔ Sign waivers
  • ✔ Purchase a pass
  • ✔ Complete a tour
  • ✔ Receive Kisi access before entering the space.
