Tease Policies
TEASE STUDIO POLICIES
By creating an account, booking services, or making a purchase with Tease Studio or Teaser 2 Studio, you agree to all studio policies.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding all policies. Policies are enforced consistently and without exception.
Policies may be updated at any time and will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
Class Sign-Up
- Advance booking is strongly recommended due to limited class sizes
- Payment is required at time of booking
- Registration is available via website or studio app
- Clients may only book for themselves
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To maintain fairness and availability:
6-hour cancellation window required for all classes
Late Cancel (under 6 hours):
- Members: $15 fee
- Packages/drop-ins/third-party: Class forfeited
No Show:
- Members: $20 fee
- Packages/drop-ins/third-party: Class forfeited + $20 fee
A valid card on file is required. Outstanding balances must be cleared before booking again.
Private Sessions
- 12-hour cancellation required
- Late cancel or no-show = session forfeited
Waitlist
- Joining a waitlist = commitment to attend if added
- Standard cancellation policies apply if moved into class
- If not added, no charge is applied
Ensure notifications are enabled in your account.
Late Arrival
- Entry is not permitted more than 10 minutes after class start
- Spots may be released to waitlisted clients
- Morning classes lock at start time (no front desk)
Transactions & Billing-Final Sale
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:
- Classes, packages, memberships
- Privates, parties, workshops
- Retail, gift cards, rentals
Payment Responsibility
- Clients must maintain valid billing info on file
- Required for bookings, memberships, and fees
- Balances over 30 days may be charged automatically
Failed Payments
- $25 returned payment fee
- Access may be restricted until resolved
- Unpaid balances may be sent to collections
- +30% collection fee
- legal fees
- +18% annual interest
Rewards
- Valid on full-price items only
- Max $15 per transaction
- Expire after 75 days
Memberships & Payment Plans
- Must be paid in full per agreement
- Obligations remain regardless of attendance
- Non-payment may result in collections
Gift Cards
- Valid for 12 months from purchase
- Usable for services, merchandise, and memberships
- Discounted gift cards = redeemable for amount paid only
After expiration: remaining balance converts to account credit.
Third-Party Bookings (ClassPass, etc.)
- Managed entirely through the third-party platform
- Studio cannot modify, cancel, or adjust bookings
- Studio policies still apply to attendance
Sales & Expirations
- All packages and promotions have expiration dates
- Extensions available (studio purchases only):
- 30 days for $25 (must request before expiration)
- Groupons are not eligible for extensions
Schedule Changes
Schedules may change due to:
- Instructor availability
- Enrollment levels
- Studio operations
Substitutions and cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Communication
Official communication is sent via:
- Website
- Studio postings
Clients are responsible for staying informed.
Membership Changes & Cancellations
- Must be submitted via email: manager@teasestudio.com
- 30 days notice required before billing date
- Messages, DMs, or voicemails are not valid
Commitment Terms:
- VIT: 2-month minimum
- Ultimate: 3-month minimum
- Early termination fee: $250
Weather Policy
- If studio is open → standard policies apply
- If studio cancels → class returned, no penalty
Client EtiquetteGeneral
- 18+ only
- No observers
- Arrive 10 minutes early
- Check in before class
- No pets
- No intoxication (strictly enforced)
Phone Use
- Not permitted during class (unless approved)
Respect
- No class disruptions
- Follow instructor guidance at all times
Pole & Equipment SafetyRequirements
- Start at Level 1
- Advancement requires instructor approval
Safety Rules
- No jewelry or damaging accessories
- No lotion before class
- No self-teaching or spotting others
Equipment
- Weight limit: 375 lbs
- Equipment is shared
Non-Solicitation
- No outside business promotion in studio
- Approved materials may be displayed in designated area
Studio Standards
We reserve the right to refuse service to protect the safety, experience, and integrity of our space.
Policies, schedules, and instructors may change. Clients are expected to stay informed and respect studio operations.

Tease Studio is a space built on respect, accountability, and community.

Tease Social Media Policies
Tease Studio’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) are intended to foster connection, celebration, and positivity within our dance and fitness community. These guidelines help ensure a respectful and inclusive space for everyone.

Studio Photos/Videos: Feel free to share your Tease experience! However, please do not post media that includes other students or staff without their explicit consent. This protects the privacy and comfort of everyone in our space.

Class Requests, Feedback & Shoutouts: We love hearing from you! Post your kudos, requests, and questions—our team is always listening and engaging.

Approved Promotions: If you'd like to promote your personal business to our community, we offer a designated area inside the studio for business cards and fliers. Please speak with the front desk.
🚫 WHAT’S NOT ALLOWED

Outside Promotions: No third-party business promotion, sales, or solicitation is allowed on our pages unless explicitly approved.

Off-Topic Content: Content unrelated to Tease Studio offerings, classes, or community may be removed.

Inappropriate Behavior: Any comments or posts that are defamatory, disrespectful, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or explicit will be removed immediately. Repeat violations may result in the user being blocked or banned from our platforms.

Unauthorized Tagging or Capturing: Avoid tagging or sharing photos/videos that feature others without their permission.

Non -Solicitation
Non-Solicitation ::
To ensure the best studio experience, we respectfully ask staff, students and visitors not to solicit outside businesses within the studio. We maintain a strict non-solicitation policy out of respect for everyone’s privacy and comfort while here at Tease. If you would like to promote your business to our community, we offer a designated space within the studio where anyone is welcome to post their business cards. Please see a member of our front desk staff for assistance.This is a safe space for all meaning we will respect you but you must respect us as well.
If you are soliciting in the studio, we have the right to ask you to leave the space without refund or credits.
