- 2. Get approved If you qualify, Truemed issues your Letter of Medical Necessity — the note that makes your membership an eligible expense. (Keep it on file!)
- 3. Pay for your membership at Tease Sign up for the class pack or membership you want and pay as you normally would.
- 4. Get reimbursed Submit your itemized receipt (we'll provide it) and get reimbursed with pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars. Truemed walks you through it.

Not automatically — but it's easy to find out. Just apply through our Truemed link. If you're approved, you'll receive information that makes your membership an eligible expense and how you can obtain reimbursment.
How much could I save?
It depends on your tax bracket, but paying with pre-tax dollars saves many people roughly 20–35% compared to paying out of pocket.
What if I don't qualify?
No problem at all — you can still join with any standard payment method. Nothing changes.
Do you accept HSA/FSA cards at checkout?
You'll pay for your membership as usual, then get reimbursed with your pre-tax dollars once you're approved through Truemed.
Do my FSA funds expire?
Many FSAs are "use it or lose it" at year-end (some allow a small rollover or grace period). It's worth checking your plan — those dollars are yours!
