Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need any experience? None whatsoever. The vast majority of our bachelorette guests have never touched a pole before. Our instructors specialize in first-timers.
What should we wear? Shorts (the shorter, the better — skin grip on the pole matters) and a fitted top or sports bra. Bare feet or heels! Avoid lotion that day. Want to wear matching outfits or sashes? Bring 'em — we love a theme.
What if someone in our group doesn't want to participate? Totally fine. We always have guests who prefer to watch, take photos, and cheer. There's seating in every studio.
How far in advance should we book? Weekend slots fill up 4–8 weeks out, especially in spring and summer wedding season. Book as early as you can.
Can we bring decorations? Yes. You can set up ahead of time or pay for our team to handle it for you. Must be arranged before booking is finalized.
Is this appropriate for all ages? Our parties run the full range from "spicy" to "playful and PG-13." Tell us who's coming and we'll adjust the vibe.
Where are you located? Our main studio is at 3534 Walnut St in Denver's RiNo Arts District — surrounded by restaurants, breweries, and cocktail bars, so it's the perfect kickoff to a night out. Need recommendations for where to go or what to do just let us know!

Choose Based on the style of your group between flirty or fitness - we can make your party ultra sexy or tone it down and focus on fitness. You'll begin with a floor work warmup and move to pole spins and movements.

The windows might get a little steamy during this party!
Learn the elements to put together the perfect lap dance and feel confident while performing.

Strip Tease
Based off of one of our signature classes "the naughty hour", during this party you will learn the art of the strip tease by playing with removing different layers (you'll always have a layer of clothing on). Learn different techniques and styles. Walk away feeling the confidence to create your own naughty hour.

Burlesque
choose between classic or contemporary pussycat style. after a warmup teaching you some of the basic movements, you'll learn a flirty routine with your group!

Floor Work
Get down girl! A lot of our parties and classes begin with a floor work warmup and this party will continue to focus on even more movements that you can add to your floor dancing. The floor movements serve as the perfect transition during pole and lap dancing and are sweetly sexy all on their own.

Hip Hop
Based off of one of our hottest class concepts "twerkshop", this high energy party will teach you the art of the twerk.
Move your booty in ways you never knew possible and have a BLAST. You'll leave ready to drop it low to any beat the dj could throw down.
